Favourite way to cook potatoes?

gotta be mashed, i know there are better ways to get a good crunch, or more flavour, but there's something nostalgic for me with a good ol mash potat

i love to make home made homefries at home and have some hot sauce on em YUM

I boil them in salted water w garlic cloves, black pepper, bay leaves, and whatever other herbs and spices for 10ish minutes. Add butter and eat.

They're extremely tasty as is but they also make very good mashed potatoes. I usually don't mash them cuz I don't own a masher and I'm very lazy

I love me a good baked potato. Put some olive oil, salt and pepper before baking and man that stuff is tops.
